• Is the influencer exclusive to my brand?

  Yes. A persona we build for you is created for your brand alone. We do not license the same character to anyone else, and we do not reuse it in our own marketing.

• Who owns the character?

  You do, once the engagement is paid in full. Ownership of the persona and its delivered content transfers to you. The underlying models and production tooling stay licensed to us — that is the industry norm and does not limit how you use what we deliver.

• Can I use the content commercially?

  Yes. Delivered content is yours to use in advertising, on your channels, in paid media and in print, worldwide, with no per-use fee.

• Can you create video, not just images?

  Yes. Every plan includes short-form reels alongside stills. Volumes differ by plan — the pricing table lists the monthly reel and post counts.

• How long does creation take?

  Character design typically takes one to two weeks from an agreed brief, and the first content set follows shortly after. Exact timing depends on how much revision the character needs before it is locked.

• How does AI disclosure work?

  The content is synthetic and should be labelled as such. Most major platforms now require creators to disclose AI-generated media, and rules change often. We advise on disclosure at handover, but the brand publishing the content is responsible for labelling it correctly. See our AI Disclosure page.

• What happens if I want more content than my plan includes?

  Additional content can be commissioned within a billing period, or you can move to a higher plan. Get in touch and we will quote the extra volume before producing it.

• Can I cancel or change plans?

  Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with effect from the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change plan at any time. Our Refund Policy sets out what happens to amounts already paid.
